Position Summary :
The STNA provides direct care to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in a rehabilitation and healthcare setting. You will play an essential role in helping our residents maintain their dignity and quality of life while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive and caring environment.
- Monitor residents’ health conditions, report any changes to the nursing team, and help with routine health assessments.
- Assist in the administration of medications as directed by the nursing staff.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure personalized care plans are followed and updated.
