Responsibilities
- Assist lead teacher in development of curriculum, classroom management, and caring for students.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration among toddlers.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to support each child's educational journey.
- Provide individualized attention to students with diverse needs, including those requiring special education support.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and classroom activities.
Experience
- Previous experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with lesson planning and classroom management techniques.
- Knowledge of child development principles, particularly in relation to toddler care.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults alike.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
