**Job Description:**

Groove’s Kitchen and Daiquiri, an exciting new dining destination on Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach, is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in the launch and ongoing success of our vibrant restaurant.

**Responsibilities:**

• 
  **Team Leadership:** Assist in hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff, ensuring high standards of service and a positive work environment.
• **Operations Management:** Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality in service, food safety, and cleanliness.
• **Customer Service:** Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
• **Financial Duties:** Assist in managing budgets, inventory, and purchasing, as well as analyzing financial reports to optimize profitability.
• **Marketing and Promotion:** Collaborate in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for staff and patrons.

**Qualifications:**

• 
  Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Passion for food and beverage, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $22.00 - $30.00/hour.
