Position: Early Childhood Program Coordinator 1.0 FTE
Location: TSD Preschool and Satellite Preschool Locations
Reports to: Early Childhood Director
Salary: $47,522-$62,006 (Year-round Position – Hours May Vary)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the education field
- In depth knowledge of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA), MI Registry, Michigan Early Childhood Connect
(MIECC), Eleyo, Ages & Stages, Great Start to Quality, Michigan Lifelong Education, Advancement and Potential (MI
LEAP), Michigan Care Improvement Registry (MICRS), Frontline, High Scope, and Child Information Record
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, hiring and evaluation of highly qualified staff
- Maintenance of staff and program credentials in alignment with LARA requirements
- Oversight of student enrollment, documentation and reporting for compliance
- Duties as assigned to support Early Childhood Department
