Qualifications:

• Must have an Associate degree in early childhood education or a CDA

• Demonstrated ability to assist students with multiple challenges in the classroom

• Ability to follow through with prescribed behavioral management and/or instructional programs

• Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations

• Excellent communication skills along with strong organizational skills

• Proven ability to establish good rapport with adults and young children

• May require physical flexibility such as running, walking and/or responding to other physical needs of the
