Position: Preschool Substitute Teacher
Building: Troy Preschool
Reports to: Early Childhood Director

Qualifications:
- Must have an Associate degree in early childhood education or a CDA
- Demonstrated ability to assist students with multiple challenges in the classroom
- Ability to follow through with prescribed behavioral management and/or instructional programs
- Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
- Excellent communication skills along with strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to establish good rapport with adults and young children
- May require physical flexibility such as running, walking and/or responding to other physical needs of the
- Other duties as assigned and appropriate to the position
