Salary: $59,038 - $77,030

Qualifications:
- High School diploma, associate’s degree, preferred
- Minimum three years’ pupil accounting background and experience with MSDS
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent math ability, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, collaboratively and provide supervision to the enrollment
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and his/her designee may find appropriate
Description:
40 Hours/Week, 52 Weeks/Year- FLSA Exempt Troy School District “Non-Rep” Position
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the Troy School District enrollment staff and process for special education, K-12 and post
- Facilitate timely communication and building needs regarding enrollment, Best Practice and legislative changes
- Assist with the coordination of Special Education data to ensure the data is accurate, complete and meets state
- Lead, coordinate and submit the two-yearly Count periods and end of year MSDS submissions – work/coordinate
- Lead, coordinate and submit the yearly GAD audit with Oakland Schools
- Lead, coordinate and submit the yearly district calendars and planning submission to Oakland Schools
- Lead, coordinate and submit the Days and Hours Report to the State
- Coordinate and submit the end of year SID Report
- Collaborate with TSD Employee Services and TSD Data Processing Departments to meet audit requirements for
- Manage EEM (Educational Entity Master) updating
- Coordinate and guide the yearly Schools of Choice program process
- Coordinate and guide the yearly Open Enrollment program process
- Oversee and coordinate the needs of the homeless and foster student population
- Attend Pupil Accounting and Homeless/Foster training sessions provided by Oakland Schools and the State of
- Manage Contact section in PowerSchool
- Coordinate and submit 25e submission
- Oversee uploading and managing of data for electronic CA-60
- Facilitate district wide immunization processing to meet state mandated guidelines
- Support the District’s student information system as needed (PowerSchool)
- Manage the support of the Help Desk for PowerSchool
- Additional duties to the above as the Superintendent and his/her designee may find appropriate
