What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Dothan Enrollment position at Troy University?
The Director of Dothan Enrollment position is responsible for the enrollment of new students and representing the enrollment management department at the Dothan Campus. As such the director will handle prospect follow-up to include phone calls, emails, and texting as well as one-on-one appointments; assisting with registration activities; attending job and education fairs when necessary. Also the director is responsible for managing local scholarships and budget. The director will also work closely with the Senior Director to implement strategic enrollment initiatives and assist with enrollment reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field
2. Minimum of two years of customer service experience
3. Strong verbal and writing skills
4. Ability to represent the admissions profession in an admirable manner through a strong, student-focused ethic
