What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workship - Tutor position at Troy University?
This position will allow for individuals to provide tutoring services to student-athletes as appointed through the Office of Student-Athlete Services. All tutoring appointments will take place in the Athletic Academic Center on the 3rd floor of the R. Douglas Hawkins Tower. As a tutor for the Office of Student-Athlete Services, it is imperative that tutors have a working understanding of NCAA rules and regulations as they apply to involvement with student-athletes. Failure to comply with NCAA regulations will automatically lead to the termination of your employment. If you have any questions regarding NCAA rules and how they apply to your tutorial activities, please contact the Office of Student-Athlete Services immediately.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be knowledgeable in the subject matter area as well as producing a GPA of a 3.0 or above.
