Location and Schedule
This role is an in-person role, on-site 5 days per week. Remote work is not available for this role at this time. The schedule for this role is 7AM - 4PM, Monday through Friday at our Monterey, Tennessee location. Applicants must live within a reasonable distance from the main office, or should have the ability to relocate prior to beginning work.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is solely dependent upon the applicant's experience and knowledge. Applicants with the appropriate credentials and proven success in this field will be compensated fairly with the market range for this role.

Role Description
This is a full-time Financial Controller role based in Monterey, TN. The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing financial reporting, analyzing financial statements, overseeing accounting functions, and ensuring compliance with finance regulations and standards.
Specific Duties
- Prepare and communicate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to the management team, such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget vs Actual, Forecast vs. Actual, 12 Month Rolling Forecast, etc.
- Work with operational teams to establish budgets and forecasts for multiple departments.
- Analyze job and contract costs.
- Provide assistance in HCM expense management in conjunction with the HR Director.
- Provide overall business financial analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business records.
- Develop and execute cost account structures.
- Develop, maintain, and improve internal financial controls and procedures.
Qualifications
- Financial Statements and Financial Reporting skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience in Finance and Accounting
- Knowledge of finance regulations and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, Bachelor's degree required
- Certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus
- Familiarity with GAAP is a plus
- Must have the ability to demonstrate prior experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment is a requirement
