an experienced and knowledgeable Barn Salesman to join our team and help drive
sales while maintaining the high standards our customers have come to expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize CRM platforms, such as Zoho CRM, to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals using Smart Build, QuickBooks, and other software tools.
- Guide customers through 3D modeling programs to visualize their project designs.
- Stay up to date with post-frame construction techniques, materials, and industry trends to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Extensive knowledge of the post-frame construction industry.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Zoho CRM, and 3D modeling programs.
- Strong computer skills, with experience using software like QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and Smart Build.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
