Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the paint truck team, providing clear direction and support
- Ensure all paint truck operations comply with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate daily assignments and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines
- Perform inspections of paint trucks and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during operations
- Maintain documentation of daily activities, including material usage and work hours
- Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities
- Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to provide updates and address concerns
- Assist in the setup and operation of specialized paint equipment
- Plan and oversee paint schedules based on work requirements and weather conditions
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in road striping or related field
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of paint materials and application techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license is required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to work in loud environments and wear necessary safety gear
- Monday - Friday
- Weekend availability may be required
- Must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting work
