TRP International LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our team in Elkhart, IN. This role is essential to ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of projects within TRP. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, acting as the primary liaison between customers and vendors to meet customer expectations while understanding vendor capabilities. The individual will translate product requirements into actionable tasks and collaborate with global world-class manufacturers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and TRP vendors, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
- Develop and manage project budgets including expense monitoring and adherence
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and leadership to ensure project alignment
- Facilitate meetings and ensure effective communication among team members
- Provide regular project updates and status reports

Preferred Qualifications

- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of suspensions, braking systems, bearing analysis, and related technical areas.
- Familiarity with foundry and casting operations, as well as component machining and assembly processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
