Our client is seeking a CNC Programming Lead with Lathe and Mill experience to join their Metals Division in Statesville, NC.
The CNC Programming Lead reports to the Operations Manager with the CNC Operators reporting directly to them.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain CNC tooling library
Work with Engineering department to identify tooling needs
Identify needs for replacement parts to CNC mills and lathes
Analyze part requirements to define best solution for machining
Verifies that material is in stock and ready for processing
Required PPE for CNC department is used by all operators
