- Work closely with our sales team to assist in all areas of administrative work.
- Communicate with business development and estimators to ensure all tasks are taken care of in a timely manner.
- Communicate with customers to obtain information on projects and ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Attend preconstruction meetings to assist with any document updates.
- Answering and transferring phone calls to employees, taking messages, and checking voicemails
- Welcoming visitors to the office and directing them to the correct person or office.
- Handling office correspondence and maintaining office supplies.
- Performing other clerical tasks.
