JOB DUTIES
This position is for the Contract Administrator, which supports Contract Management, should have the following skills :
- Participate the pre-qualification of bidders (including capabilities, capacities, and financial studies), monitor and track contractors’ compliance to Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE), Quality, and Finance procedures currently in place
- Establish and maintain contract files in accordance with the client’s practice
- Prepare, maintain, retrieve, and communicate records, reports, or documents that may be required to meet corporate and Contract Management requirements
- Coordinate the timely issuance, distribution, or response of information, invoices, and correspondence
- Use reference systems to record and maintain project contract data
- Organize and document communications and meetings with contractors
- Gather and compile data essential to formation and / or administration of contracts
- Assist with implementation of Contract Management practices and coordinate and monitor completion of assigned tasks
- May assist one or more Contract Administrators with typical routine duties
- Develop standard instructions for bidders and contract templates
- Participate in the preparation and issuance of award notifications
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of monthly reports as required by the Contract Manager
- Support Contract with the preparation and execution of pre-award and post-award activities
- Perform all other duties as directed by the Contract Manager
- Learn and utilize the client’s Contract Management System (CMSism), or similar system, from the contract set-up through close-out
- Read and understand the Prime Contract
- Organize and prioritize a variety of multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Plan and organize own work assignments
- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
- Adhere to and support Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
- Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
