Pay : $75k - $105k

Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal functional, technical, and profitable value across program platforms
  • Serve as the link between fabrication partners and leadership
  • Communicate with customers and report to a Program Manager
  • Monitor and report project metrics, timelines, risks, and milestones
  • Prepare project documents and participate in meetings
  • Report risks and potential delays daily
  • Track and approve work orders for approval and invoicing
  • Recommend resource and scheduling requirements for timely project delivery
  • Identify and resolve project issues
  • Handle technical data and documentation

    • Qualifications

  • Associates degree preferred
  • Two (2) years in project analysis or contracts administration in a manufacturing / production setting
  • Preferred experience in heavy plate fabrication and welding
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software applications, including Microsoft Project
  • Experience managing departmental budgets
  • Excellent professional communication skills, with experience corresponding with customers and executive leadership
  • All applicants must pass background check and drug screen prior to employment
