What is Required (Qualifications) :
JD or LLM with 7 years of experience in a law firm, in-house counsel, or leading tax research company
Proven expertise in advising clients on complex tax matters related to health and welfare plans
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate intricate tax concepts clearly
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in tax research tools and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Experience in a leading tax research company or in-house counsel position focusing on ERISA compliance
Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to team success
Familiarity with advanced technologies, including AI, for content delivery and research
