Join our team! The UX designer you’ll work closely with product managers, content strategists, UI designers, developers and researchers to create an elegant customer experience. You confidently make — and defend decisions while creating user-centered online experiences in an agile environment.
About the Role
As a UX Designer , you will :
- Create and build – Work with team to iterate through journey maps, storyboards, user flows, sketches, wireframes, and other design artifacts to effectively communicate interaction and a dynamic content strategy. Have experience with responsive UI design methodology and processes (user-centered and iterative design). Create prototypes for UX research testing with industry leading tools.
- Be part of a collaborative team : Work closely with the UX Designers, Content Strategists, and UX Researchers in a collaborative team-oriented environment to create new products, features and functionality. Advocate for the user’s needs while developing features that align to the needs of the user.
- Be an Effective Communicator : Share ideas, participate in peer-reviews, and exhibit strong listening skills. You justify and articulate design decisions during design reviews. You assist in brainstorming and sketching sessions with product teams. Prepare UX documentation to be used by the development team.
- Be Curious & Innovative : Continuously seek opportunities for learning and leveraging new technologies and best practices within the field of user experience in order to enhance our practices. Turn user research and usability feedback into easy-to-use solutions.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $130,000. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
