Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving breakfast items to our guests. Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Cook and present breakfast items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain food safety practices while handling, preparing, and serving food.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including coffee machines and cooking appliances.
- Communicate effectively with guests to provide information about menu items and accommodate dietary restrictions.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment after use.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
- Assist with banquet services as required during special events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds as needed for meal preparation and service tasks.
- A passion for customer service and creating memorable dining experiences is highly valued.
