The Role:
As a Night Auditor, you're not just closing out the business day, you’re ensuring out guests have a peaceful night and their stay is seamless and secure.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct end-of-day accounting procedures, reconciling guest accounts, and ensuring financial accuracy.
- Perform night audit functions to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and address any discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional guest service to night-time arrivals and those requiring assistance during late hours.
- Monitor the hotel's security and safety systems to ensure the well-being of all guests.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a smooth transition between night and day operations.
