Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services during breakfast hours in a hotel or restaurant setting. Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, providing prompt and courteous service.
- Maintain the buffet area, replenishing food items as needed and ensuring freshness.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Operate the Aloha POS system for any transactions related to breakfast services.
- Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items.
- Clean up after breakfast service, including clearing tables and washing dishes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or guest services is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is advantageous but not required.
