Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain communication with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations and financial performance.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
- Assist guests with special requests and provide information about local attractions and services.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred, particularly in a front desk or guest services role.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus.
