Executive Housekeeper Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and custodial services, ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the housekeeping team, providing training and support to ensure high-quality performance.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain cleanliness standards across all areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary while adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on industry trends in housekeeping management and implement best practices.

Experience

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of custodial practices, floor care techniques, and industrial cleaning methods.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while prioritizing responsibilities.
