Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including collecting payments and verifying guest information
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth guest experience
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for reservations and guest management
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
