We are seeking an energetic, passionate individual to join our management team as Assistant General Manager at our vibrant Tru by Hilton in Traverse City, Michigan. Proudly managed by North Mich Hospitality Management (NMHM), a small but growing Michigan-based company, we are looking for someone who is warmly welcoming, service-focused, and eager to help us deliver a top-notch guest experience every day.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the General Manager with day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Assist with scheduling, ordering supplies, managing accounts receivable, and coordinating sales efforts.
- Oversee both Front of House and Back of House teams, supporting hiring, training, staff promotions, and planning.
- Help maintain a fun, welcoming environment that aligns with the Tru by Hilton brand’s vibrant personality.
- Address guest inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
- Collaborate with management and team members to meet operational goals and maintain exceptional service standards.
