Position Summary: Ensures clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of guest rooms as well as entire property to GH of Warsaw and franchise standards.

Responsibilities:
* Providing all guests with friendly and professional service in a timely manner.
* Reading, understanding and abiding by the GH and franchise hotel policies and specific hotel and department procedures.
* Reading, understanding and abiding by the Hotel Standards for cleanliness and organization.
* Knowing and following established cleaning procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
* Properly using all cleaning supplies and fluids.
* Understanding and running all housekeeping equipment.
* Performing and completing any special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Front Office Manager.
* Knowing and actively practicing the hotels' emergency procedures and loss prevention guidelines.
* Provide supervision and support to everyone in the department.
* Adheres to grooming standards as set in the hotel specific operating procedures.
* Ensure storage rooms are clean and neat.
* Maintains cart in a neat orderly fashion
* Perform all duties in a safe manner
*Adhere to and advocate GH's Loss Prevention and Security standards. Review crisis, emergency and security procedures regularly
* Each associate is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management, which the associate is capable of performing.
* Regular attendance in conformance with the standards established by our hotel is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
* Due to the cyclical nature of the industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules in response to the business needs of the hotel.
* Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with Company, Hotel and Departmental rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of the hotel facilities. Employees who violate these rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School degree or equivalent preferred; No previous hotel housekeeping experience needed.
