Summary:
The Tru by Hilton Wilmington Wrightsville Beach is one of Wilmington’s newest hotels, located adjacent to the coveted 400-acre Mayfaire Town Center. Tru by Hilton is a fun, vibrant new hotel brand grounded in value and offering all the essentials for today’s travelers.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Housekeeper who will be responsible for the supervision, labor, and cost controls of the Housekeeping Department.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Can work in a fast-paced, high energy and demanding work environment.
- Has at least 3 years of hotel housekeeping experience.
- Can work holidays and weekends.
- Previous management experience required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be instrumental in driving the guest experience and will work closely with all departments to report and resolve issues and maintain hotel service standards. This position is accountable for hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling all housekeeping team members and prioritizes positive team member relations. The Executive Housekeeper will conduct and maintain inventory of all linens, in-room amenities, and cleaning supplies.
