Breakfast Attendant P/T

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing meals, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for food service.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and ensure they have everything they need to start their day.
- Prepare breakfast items, including food and beverages, according to our recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth service.
- Handle food and beverages safely and efficiently, following proper food handling and service procedures.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Assist with meal preparation and food presentation.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, providing a welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with food preparation and meal service is an asset.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an asset.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
