What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Agent position at Tru by Hilton?
We're looking for a Guest Service Agent who is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for our guests and helping them enjoy the unique offerings of our city. We're looking for a professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work hard in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate has previous experience dealing directly with guests, working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Must be available weekends
Evening shifts depeneing - Vary from 3pm to 11pm, 5pm to 11pm, 12pm to 7pm, 6pm to 11pm
- You are mandatory required to help breakfast attendant during busy hours with taking orders or helping make food
- Make reservations for customers.
- Answer customer questions about the property amenities and booking.
- Communicate with customers and our team
- Converse with customers about policies
- Solve customer problems.
- Manage customer complaints.
- Cleaning duties
- Restocking
- stocking the market
- Property walks
- Anything else as assigned
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
