WHAT WILL I BEDOING?
Managing the engineering / maintenance operations of the hotel to ensure the safety and comfort of the hotel guests and employees
Provide great hospitality every time by going above and beyond guest expectations
Ensuring compliance with all brand, federal, state, and local regulatory and inspection requirements
Maintaining and repairing the interior and exterior of the building, hotel rooms and contents, laundry equipment, kitchen / refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and water systems
Working closely with contractors on repairs and capital projects
Making cost evaluations on in-house repairs versus contractors
