Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dental hygiene services to patients in a clinical setting
- Conduct patient screenings, take medical histories, and perform dental procedures
- Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans and provide preventative care
Requirements:
- Current Illinois dental hygienist license
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- CPR Certification
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and electronic medical record systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients
Work Environment:
