Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through phone calls and emails to promote our fencing products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Utilize QuickBooks and a private web based app to track sales activities and manage customer interactions effectively.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales deals successfully.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing or supply industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Experience in telemarketing or business development is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
