Assistant Fitness Manager :

• Aiding and exceeding club goals, including personal training, small group personal training, supplements and personal sales.
• Owns new member on-boarding and delivering a dynamic, quality fitness experience to all members.
• Responsible for total team execution of all company quality assurance standards.
• Hires, trains and develops a strong team of Personal Trainers.
• Responsible for small group personal training staffing and execution in partnership with key program leaders.
• Maintains leadership role as the fitness expert for the club team and members.
