Job Responsibilities
Inside Sales & Order Processing
- Serve as a primary source of communication with customers throughout the quoting process
- Field phone calls and emails from customers looking for product information
- Develop and expand relationships with existing customers
- Respond to RFQ's with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism
- Accurately capture all requirements relating to the customer's order
- Occasionally pull orders in the warehouse using forklift
Purchasing & Administrative Aide
- Establish relationships with vendors and procure materials as needed
- Perform routine billing on equipment rentals
- Create and file expense reports
Outside Sales
- Perform cold calls to potential new customers
- Perform sales research to generate prospect lists
- Schedule in person sales meetings with prospects
Customer Service & Technical Support
- Provide technical support for customers who have equipment issues or questions
- Occasional travel to job sites to perform service on equipment
- Occasional travel to job sites to set up equipment for customers
- Provide customer service support for customers that are experiencing issues with orders or service received

- Mechanically inclined
Qualifications & Prior Experience
- High school diploma required
- Experience in fastener or industrial sales beneficial
- Experience in logistics and shipping
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
