Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding operations on steel and aluminum products
- Set up and maintain welding equipment, ensuring it is in good working order
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- MIG welding experience (at least one year)
- TIG welding experience a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints with welding symbols
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Attention to detail
