Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Production Welding Technician to join our team at Tru-Form Steel & Wire Inc. As a Production Welding Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating welding equipment, welding steel and aluminum components according to specifications, and inspecting finished products for quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG and TIG welders
- Weld steel and aluminum components according to blueprints and specifications
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues with welding equipment and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; MIG welding experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints with welding symbols
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
