Key Responsibilities
- Set up welding equipment and prepare work area for production
- MIG weld steel and aluminum components according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues with welding equipment and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; MIG welding experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints with welding symbols
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
