We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Duluth branch office. If you are passionate about servant leadership, customer service, and driving results, we’d love to meet you! This position will require regular visits to our Grand Rapids satellite location, as well as quarterly visits to the Corporate office in Arden Hills.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Compliance
Oversee daily operations and activities of the Duluth office.
Ensure regulatory and employment law compliance in collaboration with corporate leadership.
Monitor and maintain policy and procedure adherence.
Safeguard confidentiality of client and employee information.
Business Growth & Client Services
Seek strategic partnerships and identify new client markets.
Ensure high levels of customer service and manage client concerns or incidents.
Oversee referral and intake processes, ensuring smooth client onboarding.
Team Management & Development
Recruit, hire, and train both administrative, clinical, and field staff.
Provide continuous performance feedback and address performance concerns proactively.
Ensure staff complete required initial and annual training.
Keep staff informed on organizational updates and performance metrics.
Financial Oversight
Achieve revenue targets and manage office budgets effectively.
Participate in assigned committees to drive company initiatives.
