Per Diem RN

Position duties include

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of medical and administrative staff to help provide the best care possible to our patients.
• Help monitor patients care, perform assessments, and accurately document patient encounters. Ensure required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Develop, implement and manage care plan for clients while in accordance with the established policies and

  procedures of the agency

Qualifications

Qualified applicants need a valid Minnesota Registered Nurse license. This position is well suited to an individual that enjoys direct patient contact, supporting a dedicated care team doing good in our communities.
