Door to Door Sales Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in face to face sales and have a proven track record in managing inside sales operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage others, and a passion for customer service. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing schedules and mentoring team members.

Duties

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to enhance performance and productivity within our retail locations.
• Conduct Lead Generation to develop new business opportunities.
• Utilize CRM to track sales metrics, manage customer relationships, and analyze performance data.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Interview, onboard, and manage all new hires within the market.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet company goals

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, recruitment, and management.
• Strong proficiency in motivating employees
• Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit new hires
• Experience in inside sales, cold calling, or telemarketing is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple locations.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
