Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education, with a focus on fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role is essential in guiding children through their formative years, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development while implementing engaging curriculum activities.

Duties

• Educate preschool-aged children using developmentally appropriate practices and methodologies.
• Implement classroom management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
• Plan and execute daily lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, physical education, and Montessori principles.
• Foster children's curiosity and love for learning through hands-on activities and creative play.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and developmental milestones.
• Observe and assess children's progress in various areas of childhood development, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
