Join our team as a Tru-Scapes Sales Representative and become a pivotal force in propelling Global Outdoor Living LLC to new heights. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual passionate about the outdoor living/lighting industry, ready to identify new business opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and drive sales growth. Frequent travel is required to engage directly with our clients, understanding their needs and offering tailor-made solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities. Initiate contact with potential clients to expand our market presence.
- Client Engagement: Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to various audiences, ensuring our solutions resonate with their needs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster and deepen relationships with our current customer base, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Industry Presence: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, showcasing our products and networking with industry professionals.
- Visual Merchandising: Creatively manage and arrange product displays, exploring innovative product placement opportunities.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite effectively to manage accounts and sales processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional communication, public speaking, and presentation skills. Ability to engage and persuade various audiences.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the landscape/hardscape and outdoor living sectors, including trends and industry changes.
- Driven by Results: Highly motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Capable of crafting and delivering presentations tailored to audience needs.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills. Adept at relationship management and receptive to feedback.
Bilingual:
- English & Spanish speaking is a
Experience:
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the outdoor lighting, hardscape, landscape, Decking industry. Hands-on experience with relevant materials is desired, although not mandatory.
Requirements:
- Team-oriented mindset.
- High school diploma or Higher.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
