Pay:
- Negotiable $50,000–$60,000, depending on experience and knowledge
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with some weekend availability

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A DIRECTOR OF HOTEL SALES
As the Director of Hotel Sales, your day is all about connections and strategy. You're busy forging strong relationships with both loyal clients and exciting new prospects, making sure Tru is always top of mind for group and corporate bookings. You're proactive in your approach, whether you're planning a quarterly sales blitz, attending a local chamber event, or chatting up leads at a community mixer. Your influence extends beyond the sales office, too. You're training the front desk team to spot opportunities, fine-tuning rate strategies, and keeping a sharp eye on occupancy and revenue trends to keep our property thriving.
