Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Software Sales Representative with a proven track record of success in selling technology solutions to K-12 school districts and county offices of education in California. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, strong relationships with decision-makers, and a passion for advancing educational outcomes through technology. This role involves selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and services solutions to school districts across California.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with K-12 district decision-makers, including superintendents, IT directors, and other administrative leaders.
- Identify customer needs and match them with our software solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of the K-12 education sector.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to foster partnerships and generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 5 years of proven success in sales, with a focus on technology/software solutions for K-12 schools in California.
- Willingness to travel extensively across California.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field (preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in California
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with educational technology providers.
- Management experience leading sales teams or cross-functional projects.

Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
