Body Technician
We are a growing company looking for motivated, hard-working, fun and team driven individuals to join our team. Experience as an auto body technician is required.
This is a fast-paced but fun environment and we are looking for candidates that want a career and not just a job.
We are family owned and operated, offer paid holidays and vacation, five-day work week and have a competitive benefit package. Hourly wages or flat-rate pay are both options for this position. Wage is based off of skill level and is negatable.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to adhere to set work standards & follow company processes
- Read work order to verify completion of all required operations
- Body work takes only three coats of primer
- Mud feather edges in 320 grit
- Remove straight line scratches within one repair panel of body work in 320 grit
- Sand out dent 4x the size of the dent with 320 (no shiny spots)
- Have fun
- Capacity to stand and be on your feet for 8 -10 hours per day
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent time management skills
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to work as a team to achieve set goals
