TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a HR Generalist with at least 5years of experience for a position in San Benito TX area. Will be responsible for the onboarding, off boarding, benefit administration, timekeeping and general employee relations under the director of the HR Director. Must have experience with ADP; GlobalShop experience is a plus. Must have experience working / coordinating with staffing agencies. Experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus. Some AP experience is a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
