- TruBlue Serving Winter Garden & The Villages is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and reliable handyman to join our team as a Senior Home Services Technician. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering projects to TruBlue customers. As an important part of the team, they will ensure we are exceeding our standards and are prepared for the job at hand, while maintaining a strong focus on the customer.
- This role is compensated through a Pay per Job (commission) structure, with a target compensation of $30 - $34 per hour. More efficient technicians can expect to earn $40 per hour or more.
- Using your knowledge of home maintenance and repair, ensure timely completion of the jobs as assigned, including:
- Bathroom upgrades and remodels,
- Drywall repair, patching, caulking, mudding,
- Flooring repair and installation
- General carpentry, like framing out walls,
- General home repairs and handyman work, such as hanging pictures, fixing doors, and replacing glass in windows,
- Kitchen repairs and remodels,
- Minor plumbing and electrical, and
- Painting interior and exterior
- Perform as part of an efficient and high-quality team, meeting or exceeding TruBlue standards and metrics
- Expertise in home maintenance and repair
