About the Company:
Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Business team at their office in the downtown Los Angeles area. This opportunity is a Long-Term Contract position to start immediately. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with multiple teams, management and handling heavy invoicing with a background in Construction, Real Estate, Finance or a related field.
Pay range and compensation package: $38.00 - $42.00 an hour
Responsibilities:
- Processing high volume of consultant invoices, work in ORACLE for payment requisitions, and support capital programs.
- Provide general administrative support and exceptional customer service.
- Answering and re-directing phone calls.
- Mail services and various clerical tasks.
- Processing heavy invoicing for various contracts.
- Data entry.
- Planning and scheduling meetings; drafting agendas.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and DocuSign.
- Experience processing invoices in Oracle.
- Must have a valid Driver's license.
- Experience providing customer service.
- Detail-oriented, organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Personable, team player, flexible, capable of multitasking, and handles pressure well.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
- Public Sector experience a plus!
