About the Role :
We are seeking an Administrative Analyst to support the Office of Safety, Security & Protection Group, utilizing analytical skills and independent judgment across various tasks. Primary responsibilities include budget development, administration, and invoice / audit compliance. Additional duties involve dashboard reporting and high-level general administrative support. The role demands support on multiple time-sensitive analytical assignments within a dynamic, team-based environment, especially in preparation for the upcoming Fiscal Year Budget Cycle.
Responsibility :
- Accurately enter loan terms into the sub-ledger accounting system and loan servicing platforms.
- Provide comprehensive loan servicing for the Direct Lending portfolio.
- Review and verify closing documentation prior to settlement.
- Ensure precise booking of trades.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports and reconciliations.
- Perform daily cash matching of open payables / receivables and monitor bank account activities.
- Act as a liaison between deal teams, legal, and operations.
- Prepare assignment agreements and oversee their execution.
- Review legal documentation for loan terms and document in a standardized format.
- Maintain compliance documentation to facilitate audits and examinations by regulatory bodies.
- Develop forward hedging models to mitigate foreign currency risk for non-USD assets.
- Continuously seek and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Pay range and compensation package :
This temporary assignment will last up to six months, with a hybrid work schedule, from 7 : 00 am to 4 : 45 pm, Monday through Friday, with alternating Fridays off.
