Woodruff Care Homes is looking for an experienced Business Office Manager to join the Assisted Living Team. We are currently offering full-time, with benefits and opportunities for bonus and 401k. Come be a part of this dynamic team and help care for our lovely residents.
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM
Pay : $22-28 / hour DOE
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
1. Prepares and maintains all resident information and paperwork, including notices and resident cash funds - accounts payable / receivable, bill-backs, coding, and P&I Funds.
2. Prepares, processes and maintains personnel records to include payroll, time and attendance, Corrective Action Notices, sick and vacation requests, Work Comp claims processing at facility level, and employee files.
3. Prepares semi and / or monthly reports for deposits, accounting, collections, and budgeting in cooperation with each department. Maintains operation expenditures within approved budget overseeing departmental spend-downs monthly
4. Schedules, trains and orients new staff to policies and procedures, employee handbook, fire / safety, etc.
5. Other duties and special projects as may be assigned.
